1. No Refund Policy
All payments made for subscriptions or any other services on TaraLearn are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, non-usage of the service, or dissatisfaction with the product.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the period you have already paid for.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare event of a duplicate payment or a technical error resulting in an incorrect charge, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and, if the error is confirmed on our end, resolve it appropriately.
